Lahore: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) picked up expenses on education of 600 intermediate level deserving girl students of three different partner schools in Lahore, Khushab and Bahawalpur districts.

Talking to Miss Roheen Rafique heading a 10-member delegation of women social workers of different educational NGOs, PEF Chairman Raja Anwar added that intermediate programme was launched to motivate poor parents to send their daughters to schools where they were given free education, said a DGPR handout on Tuesday.

“PEF is giving Rs 500 for Arts subjects and Rs 700 for Science subjects in these schools”, he added. The news
