PU teacher in Int’l moot
Lahore: Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Kamran of Department of Urdu of Oriental College of the Punjab University while representing Pakistan has participated in an international conference organised by Asian Studies Centre of Adelaide University Australia.

A press release here on Wednesday said he presented his research article on “English Translations of Classical Urdu Poetry and Its Impacts on South Asia” in addition to delivering lectures on Pakistani literature, culture and contemporary condition in various sittings. He also called on the higher administration of Adelaide University and Lord Mayor Adelaide Michael Harbison and conveyed them the message of PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran for developing academic and research cooperation between both the varsities. Over 200 scholars participated in the conference and Dr Muhammad Kamran was the only scholar from Pakistan who participated in the conference.
