Karachi:Secretary Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) Hoor Mazhar on Monday said that the enrolment form of the Secondary School Certificate Part-I (Class-IX), Annual Examinations-2012, for regular candidates of science and general groups would be accepted without any late fee from August 10 to September 10.
Meanwhile, the board would charge a fine of Rs150 from September 12 to October 1 for the same purpose. Moreover, Rs250 would be charged from October 3 to October 18 and Rs600 from October 19 to November 3, she said.
Furthermore, the students would pay a fine of Rs1,200 from November 4 to November 19 and Rs1800 from November 21 to December 15, she added. According to the notification issued, the candidates who have crossed the upper age limit of 20 years on May 1 (every year) would not be able to apply for the examinations.
The enrolment forms could be available from National Bank of Pakistan, Habib Bank Limited and Askari Commercial Bank booths located at the board office.
These forms could also be obtained from the General Store of the board office against the payment of cost of forms required through pay order, in favour of the secretary of the BSEK, she mentioned.
The duly filled enrolment form should be deposited in the accounts section of the board (Room No 4). The stamp of the school should be affixed on the back of the pay order, the BSEK secretary said.The news.
