Policy change Demand of students

Parents as well as students of the City and surroundings have demanded the Punjab Chief Minister to eliminate condition of passing Fsc/Bsc for the recruitment of Educators in the Punjab.
A large number of unemployed students protested in front of the press club in this connection. As per detail, the Punjab government is going to recruit approximately 30,000 Educators (in school wing) in the Education Department across Punjab. The eligibility criteria for these educators are as under according to the education policy October 2011 of the Punjab government Senior School Educator (SSE Mathematics-BS-16) MSc Mathematics with BEd and BSc with Physics, Maths and other science subject.

On the occasion, the students told the mediamen that the last date for submission of applications was fixed as December 5, 2011. But in the recruitment process thousands of arts group students has been totally ignored. The students were protesting and said that they were waiting since long that they would get job in education sector, but the Education Department policy-makers had made a policy just to accommodate only science students.
They demanded the Punjab Chief Minster and Lahore High Court Chief Justice to take notice of the un-justified recruitment policy of the Education Department in Punjab.
They said that they will continue their protest until revision of the unjustified policies. The Nation
