Teachers denied salary for 8 months
Mirpurkhas:  Dozens of primary teachers, including women, held a demonstration outside the local press club here on Wednesday. They also blocked the Hyderabad road.

They were protesting against non-payment of their salaries for the last eight months.

They said they were appointed in January 2010 after clearing the test, but their salaries were stopped after eight months.

They demanded of the Sindh chief minister to take notice of the matter and ensure payment of their salaries. Dawn
